personality. a fuckboi by any other name would be much sweeter.

dark aether. to anyone who sensitive to aether, idris has very dark, almost pitch black aether. as such, idris is actually incapable of using white magic.
quirks. tends to run his fingers through his hair. looks away when he's insecure or insincere. often makes 'tsk' noises.
professor. while it might seem surprising, idris is currently an adjunct professor at the arcanist guild. teaches kids the basics of summoning and aetherology to children.

healing. idris is not the most talented fighter, but what he is: a talented healer, while incapable of using white magic, he is bonded with a fae that boisters his healing abilities. from minor wounds to major injuries, idris has a spell for it.
ancient magic. when idris is not teaching, or getting into trouble, he's studying the allagan time period! as archaeologist, idris tends to go on a few expeditions a year, where sometimes, if he's lucky, he'll learn an ancient spell in a ruin. some are of use, others are not.
mixology. a heavy drinker, but also a decent drink maker. idris knows his way around a bottle.
